How it all runs

The API
The shared backend most of our products talk to, running on servers in our own AWS account.
- Runs on ARM servers we operate ourselves, with daily snapshots and alarms.
- Production errors return a safe message and a reference, never a stack trace.
- Most products share this one API, so a fix or a security improvement reaches all of them at once.

Security and reliability
Specific practices, not badges. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
- Hardened websites
- A Content Security Policy and security headers on our sites, and no code evaluated from the CMS.
- Protected forms
- Public forms carry hidden spam traps, and suspicious submissions go to a quarantine instead of an inbox.
- Safe errors
- Production errors return a reference and a plain message, never internals such as stack traces.
- Backups and alarms
- Servers are snapshotted daily and raise alarms; key URLs are checked every two minutes.
