Do I need to move my email?+
No. Lacspace Mail signs in to the mailbox you already have over IMAP and SMTP, keeps a searchable copy in sync and writes every change back. Your provider stays your provider, and if you ever leave, your mail is exactly where it was.
Which providers work?+
Hostinger, Titan, GoDaddy, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud and any server that speaks IMAP and SMTP. Some Google and Microsoft tenants need an app password or IMAP enabled by the admin.
How do campaigns send?+
Through the platform sender — '<your brand> via Lacspace Mail' with your address in Reply-To and one-click unsubscribe headers — or, for small lists, through your own mailbox within its daily ceiling. Sequences always go from your own mailbox.
Does the Lead Finder scrape from your servers?+
No. The free lacspace-leads finder runs in a browser on your own computer and pushes results to your board through a 24-hour token scoped to one search. Nothing runs on Lacspace servers.
What does Lumi see?+
Only the text of the message or draft you are looking at — never your whole mailbox, never credentials. Drafts land in the composer for you; Lumi never sends on its own. Summaries and action items work even without an AI key.
How do we get started?+
Your company domain is enabled by Lacspace, then everyone signs in at mail.lacspace.com with their existing mailbox address and password. Book a demo and we set it up with you, including a dedicated sending domain for campaigns if you want one.
