What happens after you send it
- 01
It is saved and checked
Your note is stored for the team and run through the same spam check as every form on this site.
- 02
You get a confirmation
An email goes to the address you gave, with the product and the rating you chose.
- 03
The team reads it
It lands in our dashboard next to every other response. Reply to the confirmation email to talk to a person.

Questions
- Is my feedback published?
- No. It is only visible to the Lacspace team. Nothing you send here appears on lacspace.com.
- Do I need an account?
- No. A name and an email are enough. A phone number is optional.
- Can I give feedback on a product that is not listed?
- Pick the closest one and say which product you mean in your note, or email hello@lacspace.com.
- Why is there a drafted note?
- To save you a blank box. It is only a starting point based on your rating; edit it or replace it with your own words.
- I found a bug. Should I use this form?
- Use support@lacspace.com for anything broken, so it reaches the people who fix it. You are welcome to rate the product here too.
