Questions
- Which address should I write to?
- If you are not sure, write to hello@lacspace.com. The other addresses in the list above are for sales, support, partnerships, compliance and security.
- Can I talk to someone instead of writing?
- Yes. Book a call from the demo page, or phone the numbers above during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
- I already use a Lacspace product and need help.
- Start with that product's own help page, listed above. If that does not answer it, choose “Help with a product” in the form and say which product.
- Can you take over software someone else built?
- Yes. Legacy modernisation is one of our services. We start with a review of the existing code before proposing what to keep, fix or rebuild.
- Do you look after software after launch?
- Yes. Hosting, monitoring, fixes and new features continue under a support plan that fits the system.
- How do I report a security problem?
- Email security@lacspace.com rather than using the form. Our security page explains how reports are handled.
Rather talk it through?
Book a call and we will go through what you need and what it would take.
